To request deletion of your personal data and account from Starhub Creative, including any data connected via Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok integrations:
- Send an email to support@starhubcreative.id with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
- Include the email address associated with your Starhub Creative account.
- We will process your request and delete your account data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
You may also disconnect any connected social media account at any time directly from your dashboard, which immediately revokes our access to that platform.
