1About the Service
Starhub Creative ("Service") is a platform that helps users schedule and distribute video content to their own social media accounts on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. By using this Service, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
2Accounts and Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
- You may only connect social media accounts that you own or are officially authorized to manage.
3Your Content
- You retain ownership of all content you upload.
- You represent that you hold all rights necessary for that content, including rights to any music, imagery, and third-party material contained within it.
- You are solely responsible for any copyright claims arising from content you distribute through the Service.
- We process your content solely to perform the Service's functions (clipping, watermarking, subtitling, and publishing).
4Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Distribute content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes the rights of others.
- Engage in spam, reach manipulation, or actions that violate the destination platforms' terms.
- Access accounts you do not own without authorization.
- Reverse-engineer, disrupt, or place unreasonable load on the Service.
5Third-Party Platforms
The Service connects to YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram through their official APIs. Your use is also subject to those platforms' own terms, including the TikTok Terms of Service, YouTube Terms of Service, and Meta's terms. By using the YouTube features of the Service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service; the Google Privacy Policy also applies. We do not control the policies, availability, or moderation decisions of those platforms.
6Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service may undergo maintenance, updates, or disruptions originating from third parties.
7Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, reduced reach, account suspension, or data loss arising from use of the Service.
8Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time.
9Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
